Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know about application of majmu' syarif in Mambaus Sholihin boarding school and also the application of the book based on behaviorism theory. The research method uses in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection methods consist of book observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. This method is used to answer the research questions about the majmu 'syarif content which is related to behaviorism theory and its application in Mambaus Sholihin boarding school. The results of this study are, (1) The aplication of Majmu’ syarif in Mambaus Sholihin Boarding school is focused on the discussion of kalam, vocabulary,composition,reading and writing, those, it emphasized on kalam study. (2) The application of majmu’ syarif in this boarding school and it daily applications is equipped with media. The supporting media such as song is a characteristic of behaviorism theory. So, this theory in accordance with the application of majmu’ syarif in this boarding school.
