Al-Muharrik: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to the dissemination of original research, review articles, and conceptual studies in the field of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI). The journal aims to promote the advancement of theories, policies, and educational practices that contribute to the development of Islamic education at all levels, from primary to higher education, as well as in non-formal and community-based educational settings.

The journal welcomes interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspectives that integrate Islamic studies with educational sciences, social sciences, humanities, and educational technology.
