This report examines the urgency of developing a contextual and adaptive Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in the digital era. The rapid advancements in information and communication technology necessitate a transformation in educational approaches, including PAI, to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in shaping students' spiritual character and 21st-century skills. This report analyzes the fundamental concepts of the PAI curriculum, the principles of contextual and adaptive learning, and the opportunities and challenges of integrating digital technology. The discussion includes curriculum innovation models such as the Merdeka Curriculum and the Adaptive Blended Curriculum (ABC) Model, which emphasize student-centered learning and holistic development. Findings indicate that while technology offers unprecedented accessibility and interactivity, there are significant challenges related to the digital divide, teacher competency, and the risk of disinformation. Therefore, successful PAI curriculum development in this era requires a balanced approach that leverages technology for personalization and engagement, while safeguarding spiritual depth and fostering critical digital literacy. This report recommends comprehensive implementation strategies, involving teacher professional development, equitable infrastructure investment, quality digital content development, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to realize relevant and adaptive PAI education
