Instructional design becomes a blueprint in the teaching process that directs the process of compiling the instructional strategy. The components in the instructional strategy that are determined based on psychological theories (humanism, behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and cybernetism) and various instructional principles include the sequence of instructional activities, outline of instructional content and launching system consisting of instructional methods, instructional media and tools, and time allocation. These components are integrated and function together in the form of a learning strategy to achieve instructional goals. In the discussion of instructional development models, several times it was mentioned about the characteristics of students that need to be considered when designing and developing a program or instructional system. These characteristics include factors that will clearly affect the student learning process. Some of these factors are something that is fixed in nature and cannot be changed such as student ability, age and culture
